When we first met Lynn it was quite by accident. She was hosting an open house in an area we just happened to be in. Although we didn't purchase that home she impressed us enough that when we were really serious about buying we found her again. It was months to a year after our first meeting her and we didn't remember her name or office she worked out of but we were determined to work with her and thanks to the internet and online pictures we were able to locate her and are very glad we did. Her knowledge of the real estate process and especially the Leavenworth area made finding just the right place a fun process. She and her husband Dwight actually steered us toward a property that we initially were not interested in even looking at and within 15 minutes of arriving we were putting in an offer and after going through the offer/counter offer process purchased the home and could not be happier. Dwight was very helpful and patient with us as we looked for just the right home. He provided answers to all of our questions in a timely fashion and explained things in simple ways, as this was our first experience with the home buying process. Amazing couple, amazing service, amazing knowledge! We were referred by a friend and they were every bit as good as we could ask. They spent a lot of time listening to what we wanted and spent several days with us showing many properties. We were not able to find that special house until one day, Dwight contacted me to tell me that what we wanted was just listed and it would be gone if we didn't get up there to see it. So, knowing Dwight quite well by this time, we listened and acted. We live 2 hours from this potential vacation home so we cancelled all of our business for the day and arrived first thing in the morning. Just as we decided this was exactly what we were looking for, several other potential buyers smarmed in. We quickly went back to their office, made an offer and it was accepted!! There were several inspection issues with the house that they the proactively kept us informed and advised. I would recommend this couple as the very best!!!

Dwight and Lynn helped us buy our first house in the area in 2003. This year, they helped us sell our house and buy another lovely house that better accommodates our family. More square footage for our children and more room for our horse.

We give them our highest recommendation. In 2003, there was very little inventory on the market. But that didn't stop Dwight. He went to work for us, did some research, and found us a house that was exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't listed for sale at the time, but the sellers were grateful that he brought us together. In addition to his sales experience and knowledge of the area (as a fly fishermen, skier, hiker, and Jeep driver!), Dwight possesses a contractor's know-how from his many years of building.

Without Lynn's help, I don't know if we would have been able to trade up to our second house here. She gave us excellent advice that helped sell our house swiftly enough so we could buy the one we really wanted.
